Looking for a personalized workout program that will help you reach your goals, without meeting with a trainer multiple times each week? I develop customized program design packages to deliver you a workout plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, and budget. Each package includes:

  • A complete fitness assessment and goal setting session to get started
  • Schedule of 6 or 12 weeks of workouts, delivered digitally
  • Benchmark coaching call halfway through your program to ensure you’re on track and to make adjustments as needed

Pricing

6 week workout plan – $75/week

If you’re just getting started or working towards a short term goal, a six-week plan is ideal to help establish your rhythm and keep you moving towards a healthier lifestyle.

12 week workout plan – $65/week

Three months to a healthier you! Start by building a stronger base this season to propel you into the next.
