“Health coaching” can be a confusing and nebulous term! My goal is to help you achieve your long term goals in all areas of your life – and to discover the interdependence of these areas to maximize how they work together to find balance. I use a holistic well-being framework to support my clients in achieving their physical, mental, intellectual, spiritual, social, financial, and vocational health goals.
Based on your goals, time, and commitment level, these packages are designed to help you address the roots of behavior change, find new systems and automation for complicated areas of your life, and embrace a healthy outlook and lifestyle.
Each package includes a curriculum of intensive coaching sessions, which can take place virtually or in person. These are designed for one coaching session each week, and you will have assignments to complete between sessions. This evidence-based curriculum can be customized for each client’s unique needs and goals. Personal training sessions can be added to any package at a discounted rate. Monthly payment plans available. Travel surcharges may apply if live; sessions can be in person or over Zoom. All packages include a 90-minute customized complete health and wellbeing assessment as your first session; remaining sessions are 60 minutes.

Mind-Body Quick Reset Beginner Package
Over-commitment and overwhelm can build up over time and feel invisible – then suddenly rear up in your life and prompt transformative change. In this program, you will be coached through five weeks of engagement aimed at simplifying your life, dedicating time and space to nourish yourself, streamlining processes to keep your body fed and rested, cultivating appreciation and gratitude, and trying new ways of moving and connecting with your body. You will identify and apply 5 practices to simplify your life, calm your mind, and increase your energy.
Finding Your Fitness ❤ Intermediate Package
Finding a fitness program that is enjoyable and sustainable is challenging when you have limited time or feel like you don’t know what you’re doing. The goal of this program is to gain insight about the role that physical health plays in the life you want to live, then make incremental changes towards incorporating new fitness habits. You will sample a variety of fitness modalities and find a groove with your workouts that helps you feel motivated, energized, and happily fit.
Total Wellbeing Makeover Advanced Package
The idea of thriving and living in a healthy and authentic way is appealing, but our lives are filled with competing priorities. How can you pursue well-being in one area without sacrificing your engagement to the rest of your life, family, and work? If you desire a healthy body, a calm and focused mind, and thriving relationships, consider a total wellbeing overhaul. This program will guide you through 12 weeks of transformative change as you cultivate eight different areas of wellbeing in a thoughtfully organized and evidence-based progression will prepare you for a lifetime of gratitude, fulfillment, health, and longevity.
