Small Group Training

Together everyone achieves more! Challenge yourself by teaming up with 1-3 friends and reaping the results of a fitness program tailored to your needs and preferences. Together, you will challenge each other, share your accomplishments, and take your fitness to the next level!

Small Group Personal Training includes a brief fitness assessment for each member of the group to establish your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. We’ll then work together to find the balance of competition and companionship that keeps your team motivated, so everyone can work towards their individual goals while reaping the benefits of teaming up!
